1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by TMK International LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating under the brand Lionne.ai.
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and electronically accepted these Terms.
By checking the acceptance box and completing payment, you electronically sign and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services
Lionne.ai provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation services for beauty salons and related businesses, including but not limited to:
• Automated responses through WhatsApp Business API
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Frequently asked question automation
• Lead qualification and routing
• AI-generated responses based on information provided by the Client
• Monthly subscription plans, support, and maintenance
Services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
IMPORTANT:
Client acknowledges and accepts that Lionne.ai uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, delays, or unintended outputs. -
3. Fees and Payment
Current pricing:
• Setup Fee: $99 USD (non-refundable)
• Monthly Subscription: $49 USD recurring monthly
Payments are securely processedClient authorizes recurring charges upon subscription.
Client agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for valid subscription charges.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. -
4. Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel at any time by contacting notification@lionne.ai.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued.
The Setup Fee is strictly non-refundable because it covers onboarding, configuration, implementation, and activation work already performed. -
5. Client Obligations
Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain valid WhatsApp Business access
• Comply with applicable messaging and marketing laws
• Obtain all necessary consents from customers for automated messaging and data processing
• Avoid illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the platform
Client is solely responsible for the legality of customer communications initiated through its WhatsApp account. -
6. Third-Party Platforms
Lionne.ai relies on third-party platforms including Meta/WhatsApp, hosting providers, AI providers, and cloud infrastructure.
TMK International LLC is not responsible for:
• WhatsApp account bans or restrictions
• Meta policy changes
• Third-party outages
• API limitations
• Service interruptions beyond our direct control
Client acknowledges that WhatsApp Business accounts are solely controlled by Meta Platforms Inc. -
7. Privacy and Data Processing
By continuing the conversation with Lionne.ai via WhatsApp or related channels, end users acknowledge and accept automated processing of messages and personal information.
Client represents and warrants that all required user consents for automated communication and AI processing have been properly obtained.
TMK International LLC processes personal data solely for providing and improving services.
We do not sell personal data.
Data processing practices are further described in our separate Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). -
8. Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, prompts, automations, systems, designs, branding, and technologies developed by TMK International LLC remain exclusive intellectual property of TMK International LLC.
Client retains ownership over business data and grants TMK International LLC a limited operational license solely for service delivery. -
9. No Performance Guarantee
TMK International LLC does not guarantee:
• Revenue increases
• Client retention
• Appointment growth
• Conversion improvements
• Specific business outcomes
Results depend on multiple factors outside the Company’s control. -
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMK International LLC shall not be liable for:
• Lost revenue
• Lost appointments
• Lost clients
• Data inaccuracies
• AI-generated mistakes
• Third-party platform interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by Client during the three (3) months preceding the claim. -
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or error-free AI responses. -
12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, USA.
Client waives the right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits.
Arbitration shall be administered under applicable commercial arbitration rules. -
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

14. Modifications
TMK International LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. -
